Initial Consultation

A foundational 60-minute session to explore your needs, explain the neuroscience behind your experience, and set a clear course for your positive forward movement.

Pay-As-You-Go Session

Focused solution-oriented sessions combining tailored psychotherapy with guided hypnosis to retrain the brain and break the cycle of anxiety or stress.

Packages & Savings

Hypnotherapy is a journey of retraining. Committing to a series of sessions allows your mind the space it needs to integrate new habits, strengthen your emotional resilience, and secure lasting change.

6 Session Package

A 6 session block designed for circumstances such as, but not limited to, specific targeted change such as stress reduction, addressing a minor phobia, exam nerves, or a single recurring habit.

Total: £350

Smoking & Vaping cessation   1x 2 hour session £250

*Payment plans may be available and can be discussed during your consultation to ensure support remains accessible to all.

12 Session Pacakge

A 12 session commitment for circumstances such as, but not limited to, those navigating deeper anxiety, long-term stress management, or identity-shifting confidence work.

How to Book

Booking your session is simple and designed to be as stress-free as possible. You can schedule your appointment directly  by reaching out through the contact form. Once your time is confirmed, you will receive an email detailing everything you need to know ahead of our first meeting.

In our initial consultation, we focus on where you are now and where you want to be. It is a calm, supportive space where we explore the solutions together. You can expect a professional, empathetic conversation with no judgment—just a clear, forward-focused path to your well-being.

Consistency is key to positive change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows the time to be offered to someone else who may need support and ensures continuity in your own journey of transformation.
